​Hi there! I'm Lety, the proud owner of Perch Hair Salon. My journey in the beauty industry began over 25 years ago with a deep-seated passion for both hair styling and holistic wellness. Growing up, I was always fascinated by the transformative power of a haircut or a new hairstyle. But it wasn't until I discovered the principles of Reiki that I truly understood the profound connection between inner balance and outer beauty.

My training as a Reiki Master has deeply influenced my approach to hairdressing. I believe that true beauty radiates from within, and that when we are in harmony with ourselves, it reflects in every aspect of our lives, including our hair. At Perch, we strive to create an atmosphere of relaxation and rejuvenation, where clients can not only leave with a fabulous new hairstyle but also feel energetically uplifted.

I've always been drawn to the idea of creating a sanctuary where people can escape the stresses of everyday life and reconnect with their inner selves. That's why, when I founded Perch, I made it my mission to not only provide top-notch hair services but also to foster a sense of community and well-being.
